After placing an order, clients submit an event flow chart, venue conditions, key figures, highlight moments, promotional channels, key content to be recorded, and details of any special requirements or limitations at the event.

Based on all event information, a complete on-site videography and filming delivery plan is provided. The plan details the shooting tasks for each event segment, differentiates between main camera and mobile camera positions, outlines a list of essential shots, anticipates potential issues such as noise, lighting, and crowd movement, and provides corresponding shooting solutions. It also clarifies the original footage output specifications and the direction for extracting promotional clips. Once the plan is confirmed and finalized, the videographer will arrive on-site on time to conduct filming and deliver the footage.

Online confirmation of requirements, plan review, and material delivery and acceptance complete the transaction.
